Application Checklist

  • Completed Application
  • All HUDs are signed by ALL parties
  • Each HUD submitted earned the agent 2% or greater commission (must be 4% if the agent represented both sides of the transaction and the HUD is to be counted twice)
  • Application is signed by broker to verify sales volume (if the applicant is a broker, he or she must submit ALL 2011 HUDs to verify sales volume, not just the HUDs for qualifying properties)

Prime Lending is pleased to announce its preparation for the 2012 Elite 25sm membership year, beginning March 1, 2012, and ending February 28th, 2013. Please submit the following application form by Wednesday, January 19th, 2012, no later than 5:00pm. The Elite 25sm Advisory Board has eliminated the team application; only individual agents may apply. Applicants may be defined as individual agents (not teams) if they have only one licensed agent or assistant, who opens and shows the agent’s listings. This licensed agent or assistant does not drive clients to show property and does not write or negotiate contracts. Furthermore, the licensed agent does not contribute to the applicant’s sales volume. These membership requirements will be strictly enforced.

2012 Minimum Criteria to Apply

The Elite 25 minimum criteria to apply for 2012 are shown below. The final qualifying criteria will be published after the 2012 members are selected by the Advisory Board. (Agent production is based on properties sold and closed in the 2011 calendar year).

  1. Minimum 5 years experience in real estate (REALTORS® with sales volume over  $15,000,000 are excluded from this requirement).
  2. Sales Criteria: Minimum $7,000,000 in residential sales volume during the 2011 calendar year.   [Includes homes sold in  MLS, Customs, New Home Sales, Unimproved Property, Residential Lot Sales, and Private Homes].

    Minimum of three (3) properties sold in the 2011 calendar year at a price equal to or greater than $500,000, one (1) of which must have been sold at a price equal  to or greater than $1,000,000.  (In other words, a minimum of two (2) – $500,000  properties and one (1) – $1,000,000 property must have been sold in the 2011  calendar year.)

    Signed HUD statements must accompany qualifying home sales that include   your payment of commission. A property will count twice if the agent represented both sides of the transaction and received a minimum of 4% total commission.

Note: all HUD statements are confidential and proprietary information is reviewed only by the members of the Prime Lending Reviewing Committee. Unless otherwise requested, all application information will be destroyed following the selection of the 2012 members.

If you are selected for Elite 25sm 2012 membership, the following are required:

  1. A professional color photo with a black background for advertising. Photos are to be delivered no later than March 1st, 2012. You must submit a high-resolution picture file on a disk or emailed to tonyt@primelending.com.
  2. Payment of dues for the 2012 membership of $2,400.00, payable to Prime Lending, a PlainsCapital Company, due no later than March 1st, 2012 (no partial payments).  Call Tony Trungale at (512) 381-4797 to make payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).
