Pat Tate holds a BBA in accounting from Baylor University. She has been successfully representing buyers and sellers in the residential real estate market since 1988 and is a charter and current member of the Elite 25. A perennial top-producer, she earned Austin Business Journal’s nod as the second highest producer in individual gross sales for 2002. After over twenty years with Austin’s oldest residential real estate company, Pat and her son, Drew Tate have opened the tate property real estate office. Pat also enjoys serving on various community boards and on the finance committee of her church. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and fly fishing with her husband and spending time with her three sons and their families.
