Kenny was born in Austin and is a fifth generation Central Texan. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin. Before entering the real estate arena in 2001, he was the Director of Human Resources for a major software developer.
Kenny sits on the School of Humanities’ Advisory Board at St. Edward’s University. He is a founding member and director for SaveTownLake.org, a non-profit organization that encourages responsible development along the Lady Bird Lake corridor. Kenny is also a member of the Heritage Society of Austin as well as an executive committee member of South River City Citizens Neighborhood Association. He is a strong advocate for central city neighborhoods.
Kenny has the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation (CLHMS), but enjoys working with buyers and sellers in all price ranges. In 2010, Kenny sold more real estate in 78704 than any other agent in Austin.
Kenny has consistently been a top producer at Moreland Properties and has been recognized by the Austin Business Journal as a top producer in residential real estate since 2007.
