Minimum Membership Qualifications

At least 4 transactions in the 2025 calendar year equal to or greater than $2M, with a commission earned to the individual applicant of no less than 2%. This includes homes sold in MLS, Customs, New Home Sales, Unimproved Property, Residential Lot Sales, and Private Listings, while excluding any developer-owned listings in projects exceeding 4 units.

What to prepare prior to applying

• 2025 Qualifying Sales Summary Spreadsheet (available to download below)

• Settlement Statements for all qualifying $2M+ transactions (applicant must have earned a minimum 2% commission; okay to redact client names)

• Broker Information Page of Executed Contracts for all qualifying $2M+ transactions (applicant must have earned a minimum 2% commission)

• 1 Hi-res lifestyle photo (.jpg, .png, or .tiff format)

Important to Note

• Broker Information pages and Settlement Statements (signed by ALL parties) for each $2M+ property must be included

• Each submitted Settlement Statement must show that the individual agent earned 2% or greater commission

• A property will count twice if the agent represented both sides of the transaction and received a minimum of 4% total commission

• Application must be signed by applicant's broker/sales manager

• Brokers are to supply same information as non-broker applicants

• Applications and all supporting materials must be received by Friday, January 23, 2026 at 5pm CST

• Meeting minimum qualifications to apply does not guarantee membership

Membership Requirements

• Payment of $4,000.00 for 2026 membership dues, which cover Elite 25 marketing, advertising, website, social media, and management, among other organizational expenses

• Attendance at the new member party, member-wide photo shoot, and a minimum of 7 out of the 10 member luncheons

• In-person luncheons are hosted and paid for by the hosting member, with an approved Elite 25 caterer, at an approximate cost of $2,500 per luncheon

• If uncontrolled circumstances prevent a member from attending the required photo shoot, the member can arrange a makeup shoot at the member's expense with an approved photographer
