A resident of Austin for 34 years with nearly two decades as a realtor, Chris has an exceptionally deep understanding of Austin real estate – proving time and again why he’s a trusted advisor to clients for all types of properties, whether luxury waterfront estates, charming Clarksville bungalows, or modern downtown high-rises. While he is considered one of Austin’s top specialists for Central/West Austin, Lake Austin, Downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods, Chris’ expertise is not limited by geography, resulting in a notable roster of repeat and referral clients throughout the city.

Achieving close to $600M in career sales and consistently recognized by Austin Business Journal as one of Austin’s top producers (most recently ranking# 23 out of 14,000 Austin-area agents), Chris is intimately connected within the community, providing him and his clients unparalleled access to Austin’s most exclusive properties. Chris’ membership in Elite 25 Austin (Austin’s top .25% of realtors) for 12 consecutive years keeps him connected with fellow high-producing luxury realtors, which has proven an invaluable asset for staying informed of the city’s most desired active and private listings.

Chris received a business/engineering degree from The University of Texas at Austin and -  before launching his real estate career - excelled in high-tech sales and business development with Apple, Sony and Nokia. An ardent supporter of local community organizations, Chris participates in a variety of fundraisers and volunteers as an English teacher through the El Buen Samaritano adult ESL program. Other organizations he supports include the United Way for Greater Austin, which fights to alleviate poverty under the leadership of Chris’ husband, David, and Foundations Communities, which focuses on building affordable housing for Austin residents. As an outdoor enthusiast, Chris also donates to and volunteers with Austin Parks Foundation, Pease Park Conservancy, and Barton Springs Conservancy. An active triathlete/marathoner, Chris can be found on any given day hiking, biking, running, or swimming at Barton Springs with his husband, David, and son, Jack.
