Seriously dedicated to providing unparalleled service before, during, and after a sale, she is known for her professionalism, integrity, loyalty, and ability to close the most complex of transactions. Her strong work ethic was fostered at an early age with immersion in classical piano, dance and academics, graduating with honors from UT-Austin when she was only 19 years old. Future career experiences in journalism-broadcasting and the high-tech sector fostered a trifecta of talents she utilizes to help her clients. These include creative and rapid problem solving ability, technical savvy and astuteness, and the ability to connect a vast network of lifelong connections to achieve the desired results, sometimes requiring the utmost in discretion and privacy.

Monica is also very actively involved in many philanthropic endeavors throughout Austin. She has served on the board and/or has volunteered for organizations such as Any Baby Can, Dell Children's Hospital, Young Men's Service League, United Way, Austin Children's Shelter, Junior League, My Healing Place, Lake Travis Education Foundation, Ballet Austin, and numerous school PTO boards. She was once a nominee for the "Citizen of the Year" award in the Lakeway/Lake Travis area.
